PSDTuts has just released a tutorial about "How to Create a Dark Surreal Illustration in Photoshop tutorial" and here is my results after following step by step. I've learn new technique using selective color and and I love the effect. In this tutorial, you will use a cool ps plugin called Topaz Adjust v2.6 to achieve exposure effects.
