Design

With a thickness of only 8.4mm to go along with the large screen, the Infinix Note 3 has a unique feel about it. The body is made out of aluminum alloy that lends it a fine textured finish. The Cadillac masculine sides of the phone look classy and go very well with the overall look of the phone.

Display

The Note 3's 6.0�, 1,080-pixel ultra-high definition screen increases both the viewable area and image quality. Streaming videos on your phone, looking at your pictures and videos or just browsing the internet - all can be done and viewed on the big screen.  Gamers would love the huge screen of the Note 3. With the high definition graphics and a processor that can take the heat, a lot of heavy duty games can be played seamlessly on Note 3.

Hardware

Equipped with a 1.3 GHz octa-core processor and MediaTek Helio X10 MT6753 chipset, the Infinix Note 3 is quite heavy-duty under the cover. With a slot for extendable storage via a MicroSD memory card, you will always have room for your data and files.

Standard connectivity of WiFi, Bluetooth and and 3G are available on the phone.  Dual SIM slots are available for those with the need for the extra SIM card.  The speaker components have been tested and they provide high quality sound to go along with the giant screen to give you the best out of your viewing experience.

Software

The Infinix Note 3 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with XOS, a customized operating system that boasts battery optimization capabilities. The interface performs smoothly and you can even make use of fun and useful features such as customized themes, XPower, smart cleanup and Freezer. Power consumption is reduced by 30% while performing at the same optimum level.

Performance

The processor, chips and RAM come together beautifully to give a smooth and hassle free performance. The Note 3 is able to perform everyday tasks with efficiency. Multiple applications can be run without any lag. The latest software makes sure that it is compatible with most applications.

Camera

 Note 3 incorporates built-in blue glass (BG filters) that reduces flares, in both its 13-megapixel rear camera and the secondary 5.0-megapixel front-facing camera. The bright rear dual flashes take excellent photos even in dark lighting conditions. The front camera comes with a soft flash so even your selfies can come out bright.

The primary camera has a Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF) feature with 0.25-sec accurate recognition and fast focusing that lets you easily capture subjects in motion. This makes the Note 3's camera able to challenge some of the best in the industry.

Battery

As mentioned and covered earlier, the battery is one of the key features of Infinix Note 3 boasts. A 4500mAh battery capable of achieving a standby time of 2.5 hours. Coupled with the fast charging capability, your Infinix Note 3 should not die on you unexpectedly.

Verdict

The Infinix Note 3 is well worth the money considering the features that it offers.  The very same features can be found in other high end flagship phones which cost a lot more.
